However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free, complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.

Product availability is subject to change. We do not guarantee that any product will remain available at the time of your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and popular digital wallets. S3 Global Foods does not store any payment card information on its servers.

In the event of a payment failure, please do not attempt the transaction multiple times. Contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver pan-India through our logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days for most locations, and 7–12 business days for remote or hilly areas. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

• Orders above ₹499 qualify for free standard shipping
• Orders below ₹499 attract a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout
• Bulk and B2B orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of order confirmation
• We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events or circumstances beyond our control

Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at [email protected].

Eligible for return / replacement:

• Products delivered in damaged or broken condition
• Products with manufacturing defects
• Incorrect products delivered (different from what was ordered)

Not eligible for return:

• Opened or partially consumed products (unless defective)
• Products returned beyond 7 days of delivery
• Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
• Change of mind after delivery

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Razorpay transactions, refunds are subject to Razorpay's processing timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, icons, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the property of S3 Global Foods Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
