Question 1

What products does S3 Global Foods manufacture?

Accepted Answer

We manufacture four core product lines: Tea Premixes (Masala, Ginger, Elaichi, Jaggery Gold, and more), Spice Blends (Garam Masala, Chaat Masala, Chole Masala, and single-origin spice powders), Ready Mixes (Khichdi Mix, Upma Mix, Poha Mix), and New Launches. All products are manufactured at our FSSAI-licensed, ISO 22000-certified facility in Rajkot, Gujarat.

Question 2

Are your products free from artificial colours and preservatives?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every S3 Global Foods product is made without artificial colours, without harmful preservatives, and without synthetic flavour enhancers. We use only food-grade, FSSAI-approved ingredients. Each batch is third-party lab-tested before dispatch — you can request a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for any product.

What pack sizes are available?

Accepted Answer

Retail packs are available in 50g, 100g, 200g, 500g, and 1 kg sizes depending on the product. Institutional and bulk packs (5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg) are available for B2B buyers. Custom pack sizes can be arranged for OEM / private label orders with a minimum batch of 500 kg.

Do your tea premixes contain dairy (milk powder)?

Accepted Answer

Some of our tea premix variants — including the Classic Masala Tea Premix and Jaggery Gold Tea Premix — contain dairy (skimmed milk powder). Dairy-free variants are available for institutional and OEM buyers on request. The ingredient list on every pack clearly states all allergens.

Are your products Halal certified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our manufacturing facility and product range hold a valid Halal certification. We also hold FSSAI, ISO 22000:2018, GMP, APEDA/Export, and Spices Board certifications. Copies of all certificates are available on request — contact us or visit our Quality page.

Question 6

What is the shelf life of your products?

Accepted Answer

Shelf life varies by product: Tea Premixes — 12 months from manufacturing date; Spice Blends — 18 months; Ready Mixes — 9 months. All products are packed in moisture-barrier, food-grade packaging to preserve freshness. The best-before date is printed on every pack.

How can I place a retail order?

Accepted Answer

Retail orders can be placed directly through our website (Buy Now / Add to Cart on any product page), via our distributor network across 15+ states, or by contacting our sales team at sales@s3globalfoods.com. We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery for eligible pin codes.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

For retail orders: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. For B2B and bulk orders: NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, cheque (subject to clearance), and credit terms for approved distributor accounts.

Question 9

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Retail orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched. Contact us immediately at +91-XXXXX-XXXXX or support@s3globalfoods.com. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.

Question 10

Do you offer GST invoices?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order — retail and B2B. For B2B buyers, please provide your GSTIN at the time of ordering to have it included on the invoice. Our GSTIN is available on all invoices and can be shared on request.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We deliver pan-India for retail orders through our logistics partners. B2B and bulk orders are dispatched from our Rajkot, Gujarat warehouse within 48 hours of order confirmation. For international export enquiries (we hold APEDA and Spices Board export certifications), please contact our export team at exports@s3globalfoods.com.

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Retail orders: 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) typically receive orders in 3–4 days. B2B and bulk orders: dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation; transit time depends on destination state (typically 2–5 days).

Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?

Accepted Answer

Free shipping applies to retail orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹49. B2B orders above ₹10,000 are shipped free of charge. Bulk/institutional orders are shipped on an actual freight basis — our team will share a freight quote along with the proforma invoice.

Question 14

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please photograph the damaged/incorrect item and the outer packaging, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@s3globalfoods.com or call +91-XXXXX-XXXXX. We will arrange a replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days. We do not require you to return damaged goods — your word and a photo are sufficient.

Question 15

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk/B2B orders?

Accepted Answer

The MOQ for B2B bulk orders is 10 kg per SKU for institutional buyers (hotels, restaurants, caterers, offices). For distributor orders, the minimum first order is ₹50,000 (MRP value). There is no upper limit — we regularly fulfil orders of 1 MT+ per SKU for large institutional clients.

Do you offer trade discounts for distributors and resellers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Distributor margins range from 15–25% depending on territory, product category, and order volume. Institutional buyers (hotels, caterers, offices) receive 10–18% off MRP. Volume-based pricing is available for orders above 100 kg per SKU. Contact our B2B team for a customised pricing sheet.

Question 17

How do I become an authorised distributor?

Accepted Answer

Fill out the Distributor Enquiry Form on our Distributor page, or email distributor@s3globalfoods.com with your business details (firm name, GSTIN, territory of interest, current turnover). Our team will respond within 48 hours with territory availability, margin structure, and the Welcome Kit. We currently have open territories in several states — check the Territory Availability table on the Distributor page.

Question 18

Do you supply to hotels, restaurants, and catering companies (HoReCa)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. HoReCa is one of our primary B2B segments. We supply tea premixes, spice blends, and ready mixes to hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, corporate cafeterias, and catering companies across India. We offer custom pack sizes (5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg), bulk pricing, and dedicated account management for HoReCa clients.

Can I get credit terms for bulk orders?

Accepted Answer

Credit terms (7–30 days) are available for approved distributor accounts and established institutional buyers after a minimum of three successful prepaid orders. Credit limits are set based on order history and business profile. Contact our accounts team to initiate the credit approval process.

Question 20

What is the minimum batch size for OEM / private label manufacturing?

Accepted Answer

The minimum batch size is 500 kg per SKU for private label manufacturing. This applies to both tea premixes and spice blends. For custom formulations (new recipes developed by our R&D team), the minimum is 1 MT per SKU to cover development and trial costs. We can produce up to 50 MT per month across all SKUs.

Can you develop a custom formulation / recipe for my brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our in-house R&D team can develop custom formulations from scratch or modify existing recipes to match your target flavour profile. The development process typically takes 2–4 weeks including trials and sensory evaluation. A nominal R&D fee applies, which is adjusted against your first production order.

Question 22

Do you sign NDAs for OEM projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing any formulation details, pricing, or proprietary process information. Your brand name, formulation, and packaging design remain fully confidential. We do not supply the same formulation to competing brands in the same territory.

Question 23

Do you handle packaging design and printing for private label?

Accepted Answer

We can assist with packaging design through our empanelled design partners, or you can supply your own print-ready artwork. We support pouches, stand-up pouches, sachets, jars, and bulk bags. Packaging lead time is typically 10–15 days after artwork approval. FSSAI label compliance review is included at no extra charge.

Question 24

What is the typical lead time from order to delivery for OEM orders?

Accepted Answer

For standard formulations with your branding: 15–20 working days from artwork approval and advance payment. For custom formulations: 30–45 working days including R&D, trials, and production. Rush orders (10–12 working days) are possible for standard formulations subject to production schedule availability.

What quality certifications does S3 Global Foods hold?

We hold the following certifications: FSSAI License (Central), ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety Management System), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Halal Certification, APEDA Registration (for export), and Spices Board Registration. All certificates are renewed annually and available for download on our Quality page or on request.

Question 26

Can I get a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for a product?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is available for every product within 48 hours of request. The CoA covers microbiological tests, chemical parameters, moisture content, volatile oil content (for spices), and nutritional values. Email quality@s3globalfoods.com with the product name and batch number (printed on the pack).

Question 27

How many quality checks does each batch undergo?

Accepted Answer

Every batch undergoes 50+ quality checks across five stages: Incoming Quality Control (IQC) of raw materials, in-process checks during manufacturing, lab testing of finished goods (microbiological, chemical, sensory, nutritional, stability, moisture, volatile oil, and label compliance), pre-packaging inspection, and post-packaging seal integrity check. We have had zero product recalls in 7 years of operation.

Are your products tested by a third-party laboratory?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In addition to our in-house lab, we use NABL-accredited third-party laboratories for periodic batch testing. Third-party test reports are available for B2B buyers and OEM clients on request. We believe in full transparency — if you need a specific test parameter checked, we can arrange it.
